Website License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of the Electrician Demand System website template and services.

1. License Grant

Upon payment of the setup fee and ongoing monthly subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website template for your electrician business within your designated territory.

2. Territory Exclusivity

Your license includes exclusive rights to your primary city and up to a 50-mile perimeter*. No other licensee will be granted rights within this territory.

3. Ownership

The website template, design, code, and content structure remain the intellectual property of Electrician Demand System. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the template.

4. Monthly Subscription

The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, plugin maintenance, and basic technical support. Failure to pay may result in site suspension.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline and your territory released.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
